Sunday 8 January we will team up with Anissa from De Zonnekeuken to serve you a festive and healthy start of the new year.
Anissa immerses herself in the field of natural food and herbalism. She's building her own permaculture kitchen garden and with De Zonnekeuken she is sharing her knowledge by cooking delicious meals.
On Sunday 8 January she will cook an Ayurvedic Thali. This classic Indian meal consists of a Dahl with all kinds of tasty side dishes*. Natural food, natural wine and kombucha, we're sure this will be a match!
Dinner is €20 p.p. and will be served between 13:00 and 15:00. Reservation via dm or e-mail (email@example.com).
* The meal is completely vegetarian, not vegan because of the use of ghee and yoghurt.
